In 2015 I’m going to be hosting a series of tastings focusing on specific regions and sub regions of Champagne so that we can all enjoy some champers while getting a better feel for what’s going on in specific areas. The next in this series focuses on the Aube, where younger producers are showing the potential of an under appreciated area. During the tasting we’ll discuss the terroirs, soils, wine making styles, grape selections, and more. This is an intermediate to advanced level tasting. Wines being served TBA $45 per person, and reservations are required.
