To pair with the oysters we’ll be pouring Laherte Frères Blanc de Blanc Brut Nature NV, Veuve Fourny Blanc de Blanc 2006, and José Dhondt Blanc de Blanc 2009. Drop in from 5-9pm, no reservations necessary.
On top of the oyster goodness, I'll be celebrating my birthday, so I'll have some awesome wines open through out the night available by the glass – At various points I’ll open Gaston Chiquet Special Club 2007, Cedric Bouchard Val Villaine 2013, Bereche Reflet d’Antan Extra Brut NV, Marc Hebrart Special Club 2010, Bereche Compania Remensis Rosé Extra Brut NV, and more!
