I'm teaming up with Manuel from Conserva and Viridian Farms to show off his carving skills with 5 year old "Cinco Jotas" J5 Jamón Íberico de bellota from Jabugo. Jabugo is one of Spain's best producers and this the first of these jamóns to come to Oregon. 1 oz along with Picos de Pan will be $20. I’ll be serving an additional 3 champagnes chosen to pair with the Jamon. It should be a fantastic evening. Drop in, no reservations needed.
