After a success first event in April, we're going to make this a regular event at Ambonnay where we’ll be serving delicious pork products with champagne. I’m teaming up with Manuel from Conserva and Viridian Farms to show off his carving skills with 3 year old Iberico Jamon. 1 oz along with a bit of Ken’s Artisan baguette will be $10. I’ll be serving an additional 3 champagnes chosen to pair with the Jamon. It should be a fantastic evening. Drop in, no reservations needed.
