J’ambonay This is hopefully the start of a regular event at Ambonnay where we’ll be serving delicious pork products with champagne. For the inaugural edition, I’m teaming up with Manuel from Conserva and Viridian Farms to show off his carving skills with 3 year old Iberico Jamon. 1 oz along with a bit of Ken’s Artisan baguette will be $10. I’ll be serving an additional 3 champagnes chosen to pair with the Jamon. It should be a fantastic evening. Drop in, no reservations needed.
