Beauner! A Burgundy Pop Up at Ambonnay – Monday April 9th 5-9pm – I have loved Burgundy even longer than I’ve loved Champagne. I’ve been wanting to pull some corks on delicious Burgs, so I figured why not make an event out of it! This is a drop in event that is louder and more raucous than a normal night at Ambonnay. A bunch Burgundies will be available by the glass and half glass, full menu TBA. No reservations necessary, just drop in from 5-9pm.

I'm teaming up with Manuel from Conserva and Viridian Farms to show off his carving skills with a Cinco Jotas Jamón Ibérico, Spain's premier Jamón. 1 oz along with Picos de Pan will be $20. I’ll be serving an additional 3 champagnes chosen to pair with the Jamon. It should be a fantastic evening. Drop in, no reservations needed.
In December I hosted a tasting of a variety of Cédric’s champagnes from various years and vineyards. It was a fantastic evening, and inspired me to host another tasting featuring his wines. This time we’ll focus solely on the Val Vilaine vineyard and enjoy very vintage from 2006 through 2015. This should be an amazing journey through Cédric’s time as a wine maker. $95 per person to enjoy 10 wines and discussion about them. Reservations and payment in advance are required. Domaine Tempier is the estate that put Bandol and the Mouvèdre grape on the map. They’re located in Provence in southeastern France and create wines of great depth and character. It’s a treat to be able to share some of their older wines so you can experience the magic for your self. We’ll enjoy the following wines from Tempier. $50/person, reservations required.

New Year’s Eve! 3pm until after midnight! NYE is the biggest night of the year at Ambonnay! Join us as we welcome in the new year and say goodbye to 2017. For New Year’s we pour exclusively from magnums all night! This night is so crazy that we don’t take reservations, first come, first served. Generally the later in the evening the easier it is to get in!
